Three lawyers, including two litigation partners, have departed recent merger product Pashman Stein Walder Hayden for McCusker, Anselmi, Rosen & Carvelli, which now pushes closer to the 30-lawyer mark.

Florham Park-based McCusker Anselmi brought on Thomas Spies and Asaad Siddiqi as partners, and John Skarbnik as of counsel. Siddiqi and Spies focus on commercial and other litigation matters, while Skarbnik handles corporate, shareholder, tax and estate matters.
