A federal judge in Camden has declined Reed Smith’s motion to issue sanctions against a former paralegal at the firm’s Princeton office who filed a wrongful termination suit.
The judge also declined the firm’s bid to throw out a racial discrimination complaint against the plaintiff’s supervisor for the firm. But the judge granted the firm’s motion to dismiss individual claims against 10 others who were also named as defendants.
