With jury selection scheduled to get underway next week in the criminal trial of William Baroni and Bridget Anne Kelly, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has reached an agreement with defense lawyers allowing the firm’s attorneys to testify.

Kelly agreed to withdraw her subpoenas of eight Gibson Dunn attorneys and the firm, and aides to Gov. Chris Christie agreed to make any appropriate Gibson Dunn attorney available for impeachment testimony during trial, according to a letter from the firm.
