New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie on Sept. 8 selected four attorneys to the Superior Court bench, nominated the sitting Hunterdon County prosecutor for another five-year term and picked a new prosecutor for Somerset County.
Three of the Superior Court nominees—Vincent Militello, Tara Schillari Rich of Secaucus and Lisa Miralles Walsh of Westfield—are slated for the Hudson County bench. The fourth, Robert Ballard of Whitehouse Station, will sit in Somerset County.
