Earlier this year, we asked law firms across the state to tell us what sets their litigation departments apart: The big victories and influential cases that demonstrate why clients choose them when disputes arise.
The work considered was done in a variety of jurisdictions both in New Jersey and beyond. The key, though, was that it was done primarily by New Jersey lawyers, showcasing the talented litigators the Garden State is fortunate enough to claim as its own. As always, there were difficult decisions to make given the truly competitive field of candidates. The Law Journal’s editorial staff discussed and debated the candidates before ultimately selecting the winners.
