A federal judge has ordered a former general counsel for Lenox Corp. to permit third-party inspection of his computer hard drive in connection with the company’s suit claiming he sabotaged the acquisition of a competing company.

William Robedee appealed the February discovery order of U.S. Magistrate Judge Douglas Arpert to turn over the external hard drive he used to save documents and emails from his stint at Lenox. His appeal came after Arpert denied a motion for reconsideration.
