A Camden hospital did not discriminate against an employee based on her religious beliefs when it fired her for refusing a flu vaccine, a state appeals court has ruled.

A three-judge Appellate Division panel ruled Oct. 3 that Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center did not violate plaintiff Yvonne Brown’s rights under the state’s sweeping Law Against Discrimination.
