A man struck and run over by a forklift while doing business at a landscape supply yard was paid a $2.35 million settlement on Oct. 4 in his suit, Fratianni v. Pantano Nursery & Landscaping Supply.

In December 2011, John Fratianni, who owned four landscaping businesses, was at Pantano Nursery & Landscaping Supply in Freehold to return unused stone pavers and purchase products for other jobs, according to his lawyer, Raymond Gill Jr. of Gill & Chamas in Woodbridge. Fratianni frequently did business at Pantano, Gill said.
