A winery has filed a declaratory judgment suit in hopes of settling claims that the labels on its products mimic the green-and-yellow symbol of the Garden State Parkway.

Old York Cellars of Ringoes filed a declaratory judgment action against the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, which operates the Parkway, after receiving a cease-and-desist letter from the agency over the look-alike logos.
