A law firm has filed suit in federal court in New Jersey against a Toronto-based investment company, claiming it was stiffed for nearly $330,000 for legal services rendered.

According to its complaint, Epstein Becker & Green, which is headquartered in Manhattan and has an office in Newark, says that beginning in May 2015 it represented Quantum International Income Corp. in various transactional corporate matters.
