Automatic Data Processing has developed a reputation for prioritizing diversity, and the Roseland-based payroll company’s legal department—led by Michael Bonarti, general counsel, corporate vice president and secretary—is no exception.

ADP’s diversity program supports diversity efforts within the company, as well as among its suppliers. The objective, according to a corporate mission statement, is to “build relationships with and purchase goods and services from certified diverse enterprises owned by minorities, women, veterans and lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender that can help ADP achieve its growth objectives.”
