Loren Pierce is a senior litigation partner at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, where for 10 years she co-chaired the largest practice group—litigation and insurance services. Pierce primarily focuses on insurance, health care and employment litigation, and also has handled environmental, class action, product liability and fraud matters. She co-founded the firm’s women’s initiative, and is current president and former chief financial officer of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association.
