Ruth Anne Robbins, a professor at Rutgers Law School’s Camden campus, helped craft the New Jersey Sexual Assault Survivor Protection Act, which was enacted last year. She met with sponsors to address concerns about the proposed statute’s breadth—and incorporated the issue into her legal writing students’ curriculum. She has long been active in the Legal Writing Institute, including as president from 2008 to 2010.
