A partner in the Princeton office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, Michelle Seldin Silverman handles employment law litigation and counseling. Last year she advised Amazon in changing its parental leave program, and also has counseled Bristol-Myers Squibb and Colgate-Palmolive on family leave and medical accommodations, among other employment issues. She has been lead defense counsel in the “Borgata Babes” case, most recently winning an affirmance on appeal of the case’s dismissal.
