After more than 30 years working in-house at various chemical companies, William Farran has stepped out of his short-lived retirement to go back to serving the needs of companies with small or no in-house legal teams.
Farran has launched a Philadelphia office for New Jersey-based Nicoll Davis & Spinella, becoming the firm’s 12th lawyer and expanding its trademarked “Outside General Counsel” department.
