Brad Molotsky has joined Duane Morris as a partner in the firm’s real estate and energy, environment and resources practice groups. He joins Duane Morris after serving as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Brandywine Realty Trust for 18 years. He will be based in the firm’s Cherry Hill and Philadelphia offices. His primary practice is focused in the areas of commercial leasing, acquisitions and divestitures, property management, financing and real estate joint ventures. He is a 1989 cum laude graduate of Villanova University Law School, where he was Order of the Coif, and also earned an M.B.A. in finance from Villanova University. He is a 1986 cum laude graduate of the University of Delaware. Molotsky has also earned his LEED AP O+M certification.

Paone, Zaleski & Murray Partner Headed to Judiciary; New Associate Welcomed

Daniel Brown, a partner with Paone, Zaleski, Brown & Murray, a Woodbridge and Red Bank divorce and family law firm, has been sworn in as a Judge of the Superior Court. As a result, the name of the firm has changed to the Paone, Zaleski & Murray. Brown started his legal career with the firm in September 2001. Since that time, he has distinguished himself in the practice of divorce and family law. He is currently assigned to the Family Part in Middlesex County. In addition, John Paone III has joined the firm as an associate practicing in divorce and family law. He is admitted to the New Jersey bar and graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where he served on the Law Review. While in law school, he worked as a legal extern to Justice Barry Albin of the New Jersey Supreme Court. After graduating law school, Paone served as a law clerk to Judge Glenn Berman and Judge Ann McCormick of the Superior Court in Middlesex County. Since completing his clerkship and before joining the firm, Paone served as a Deputy Attorney General for the state of New Jersey from 2013-16.
