Fox Rothschild welcomes Mark Hall, who joins the firm’s Roseland office as a partner in the financial restructuring and bankruptcy department. Hall’s practice centers on complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy/reorganization cases. A trained mediator, Hall serves on the court-approved Bankruptcy Mediation Panel for the District of New Jersey. Hall serves as an officer of the New Jersey State Bar Association Bankruptcy Law Section, as vice president of the New Jersey Bankruptcy Lawyers Foundation, and as an officer and master for the Bankruptcy Inn of Court. He is also a regular speaker at the annual Honorable William H. Gindin Bankruptcy Bench-Bar Conference. Prior to joining Fox, Hall was a partner at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti in Morristown. Hall earned his J.D. from Rutgers University Law School-Newark and his B.A. from Rutgers University.
