A Howell Township woman has received $2.23 million as compensation for injuries she received when her vehicle was struck by a garbage-collection truck.
In Hahn v. FCI Transport Inc., plaintiff Lynn Hahn, now 50, received her settlement funds on Dec. 12 after reaching an agreement with Zurich American Insurance Co., the carrier for defendant FCI Transport Inc. and its driver, Grady Ruffalo, said Hahn’s attorney, James Maggs.
