A federal grand jury on Friday indicted a suspended Cherry Hill attorney and his father on charges they allegedly operated a Ponzi scheme that scammed at least $13 million from the attorney’s clients.

Attorney Michael Kwasnik and his father were indicted on charges of wire fraud, mail fraud and money laundering, according to a statement released by U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman.
