A wrongful death suit was filed Thursday in Middlesex County Superior Court against a drug company linked to a scheme to pay kickbacks to doctors who prescribed its powerful opioid drug.

Insys Therapeutics of Chandler, Arizona, is a defendant in the suit filed in Middlesex County Superior Court by the parents of Sarah Fuller, who died at age 32 in March 2016 after taking Subsys, the company’s liquid fentanyl.
