Pasquale Rufolo has joined the firm as a partner resident in the firm’s Morristown office. He has extensive experience in the practice areas of tax, trusts and estates, and business planning. His experience includes drafting complex estate planning documents, developing business succession plans for owners of closely-held businesses, and representing executors, trustees and beneficiaries in estate and trust administration matters. His corporate tax practice includes representing owners of closely-held corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. Prior to joining McElroy Deutsch, Rufolo was the founding member of Rufolo & Associates, which concentrated on personal, business and estate taxation matters. He received his LL.M from New York University School of Law, his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his B.S. from Rutgers University.
