I realize that this truism is not limited to lawyers, but this is the world I know intimately. In my 25 years of extensive legal marketing experience, I have rarely encountered a lawyer who understands fundamentally that business development and marketing initiatives must be an ongoing, consistent and integral piece of their business model.
