A New Jersey judge who is facing ethics charges for taping a conversation with another judge and for allegedly making a rookie law clerk work off the clock for no pay is denying that she knowingly violated ethics rules.
Superior Court Judge Deborah Gross-Quatrone is also accused of having her secretary perform personal tasks, including doing her high-school-age son’s homework.
