Michael Collins has joined Archer Law (formerly Archer & Greiner) as an associate in the firm’s Red Bank office. He is a member of the firm’s government affairs practice. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at the New Jersey State House, Office of the Governor, serving as assistant counsel to Gov. Chris Christie in the Authorities Unit. Before joining the State House, Collins clerked in the Appellate Division for Presiding Judge Carmen Messano in the judiciary’s West Long Branch chambers. He graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. Collins is a member of the New Jersey Law Journal’s Young Lawyers Advisory Board.
Greg Vogel has joined Archer Law as an associate in the firm’s Haddonfield office. He is a member of the firm’s corporate department. Prior to joining the firm, Vogel was senior counsel with GlaxoSmithKline, where he advised on all aspects of large-scale contracts with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and other federal agencies. Prior to joining GlaxoSmithKline, he spent several years with K&L Gates in Newark, specializing in assisting government contractors in obtaining and managing federal and state government contracts, and working on bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and the Court of Federal Claims. Before joining K&L Gates, Vogel was a captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, specializing in all aspects of military law, including operational law, administrative and fiscal law, and government contracts.
