The New Jersey Legislature’s Joint Committee on Ethical Standards has dismissed complaints filed by a group of citizens against two lawmakers and a candidate for Superior Court whose nomination drew fire because of his alleged abusive behavior toward litigants who appeared before him.
In a letter dated April 26, the committee told the filers that the complaints against Sen. Anthony R. Bucco and his son, Assemblyman Anthony M. Bucco, both of whom are Republicans from Morris County, were being dismissed for lack of probable cause.
