Stalled litigation over the term “natural” in food labeling could finally get in gear thanks to an executive order from President Donald Trump.
Order 13771, aimed at curbing the growth of federal regulations, gives plaintiff lawyers new ammunition in the battle over lengthy stays of food labeling suits, one legal authority said.
