Florio Perrucci Welcomes Belin and Yoon as New Partners
Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader welcoms new partners Kim Belin and Paul Yoon to the firm. Belin has an extensive background in education law, representing boards of education, school administrators and charter schools in a variety of areas, including: administrative law and hearings, policy development, labor and employment issues, staffing relations, pupil rights and obligations, IDEA and Section 504 compliance, school construction law, and contract procurement. She previously served as acting director of the New Jersey State Board of Education and as the manager of the Office of Fiscal Compliance and Investigation. She has also served as associate counsel to the New Jersey School Boards Association, at which time she co-authored a book on the Open Public Meetings Act. She will be based in the firm’s Cherry Hill office. Yoon has significant litigation experience, having spent the bulk of his career as a trial attorney representing international and domestic clients in commercial litigation and criminal defense matters. He is very active with community organizations, including the New Jersey Orators, the Center for Hope and Safety, Korean American Family Service Center, and the Korean American League for Civic Action. He is based in the firm’s Rochelle Park office.
