Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader has promoted Robert Donchez and Seth Tipton to partner. Donchez and Tipton are based in the firm’s Phillipsburg office and also work out of the Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, office.
Donchez concentrates his practice in civil litigation, business and corporate law, land use law, and municipal law. He has a track record of representing public and private clients, including the Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority, in a broad array of matters. He concentrates on plaintiff civil litigation, specifically catastrophic injury and death cases. Donchez is a member of the the New Jersey Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Northampton County Bar Association.
