The more urban counties of New Jersey tend to produce the highest jury verdicts, not to mention more of them, a sampling of five years of verdicts shows.
Plaintiffs’ lawyers in personal-injury and employment law cases cannot do better than Camden and Essex counties, which had the highest jury verdicts on average in cases studied from 1997 through 2001.
