For New Jersey lawyers, navigating the information highway through the government and courts in 2003 was like driving the Garden State Parkway: swift and satisfying on good days; clogged, confusing and dangerous other times. Simply put, 2003 was a year in which the bar as a group could practice gluttony on data served up by the new Open Public Records Act and the Administrative Office of the Courts while individual lawyers starved for information that would help their clients.
