Where defendant started a Web site with a name "confusingly similar" to plaintiff's name and made complaints about plaintiff's moving services, he was making a "bona fide noncommercial" use of the mark and had reasonable grounds to believe his use was lawful and, therefore, summary judgment is granted to defendant on plaintiff's claim under the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act of 1999.
