In this adversary proceeding, since defendant's right to payment from the debtor arose when the debtor's corporation failed to perform under a boat-repair contract, which occurred before the debtor's bankruptcy petition, the debt arose prepetition and was dischargeable, and although the claimant wasn't listed in the bankruptcy schedule, since the debtor's Chapter 7 case was a no-asset, no-bar-date type, and the debt wasn't excepted under � 523(a)(2), (3), (4) or (6), the claim was discharged under � 727(b).
