Defendant's conduct during the past 11 months of this matter and his responses at his Faretta hearing establish that he has requested to proceed pro se with the intent to further manipulate, disrupt and delay the proceedings of this Court, which does not establish an intelligent, unequivocal, and voluntary waiver of his right to counsel, and, therefore, his request to proceed pro se is denied � he will continue to be represented by his present counsel.
