While defendant's name is embossed on these stolen money orders next to "Issuer/Drawer," the remainder of the documents clearly indicates that the purchaser's signature is required to authenticate the writing, and since the signatures here were not made by "purchasers," there are no authorized signatures, and the dismissal of this action by plaintiff-assignee of the check-cashing entities that cashed the money orders is affirmed -- plaintiff may get relief only from those who actually signed the orders.
