The Hospital Patients Bill of Rights Act does not authorize a private cause of action for a violation of its provisions; plaintiffs' claims that defendants videotaped them without their consent while they were being treated in a hospital emergency room for use in a television show do not state causes of action for a violation of the Consumer Fraud Act, commercial appropriation of their likenesses, or unjust enrichment, and the denial of defendants' motions to dismiss these claims is reversed.
