Defendant-news media's counsel's inadvertent production for examination by plaintiff's counsel of four entire videocassettes containing not only footage of plaintiff during treatment in a hospital emergency room that he intended to introduce at trial, but also footage of other patients, did not result in a waiver by defendant of the protections of the Shield Law with respect to the footage of the other patients, and the order denying defendant's motion to compel the return of the unedited tapes is reversed.
