Appellant's initial commitment to the Special Treatment Unit under the Sexually Violent Predator Act, based on expert medical testimony that relied heavily on hearsay in the form of the opinions and findings of other experts who did not testify and who had not treated him but merely rendered forensic evaluations at the prosecutor's request and whom he did not have the opportunity to cross-examine, was error that was clearly capable of producing an unjust result and a new commitment hearing is required.
