While N.J.A.C. 13:35-4A et seq., which requires that certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNA) who administer anesthesia in doctors' offices do so under the supervision of a physician meeting specified requirements, does indirectly impact on the CRNA profession, the Board of Medical Examiners is not regulating the nursing profession, but rather the physicians who offer anesthesia in an office setting, and the regulation falls squarely in its jurisdiction and is not arbitrary or unreasonable.
