Where bribery was used to obtain a contract to underwrite three bond offerings, the doctrine of unjust enrichment applies; although the county is not entitled to that portion of the fees paid to the bank which were subsequently given to an innocent party as part of a sharing agreement, the bank must disgorge those fees that were not shared with others, and interest accrues from the filing date of the complaint; the bank was required to prove that it had retained anything less than all of the fees.
