The cause of action against a bank in a conversion action with respect to negotiable instruments accrues at the time of conversion, and the time-of-discovery rule does not apply in determining the date of accrual of these causes of action under the UCC; the dismissal as untimely of these complaints, filed by the Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection as the assignee of clients whose attorney had forged their signatures on settlement checks and deposited the funds in her account, is affirmed.
