Despite the failure to provide a detailed identification instruction, there was no reversible error since the court instructed that the State had the burden of proving beyond a reasonable doubt each element of the offenses; although the court improperly admitted certain hearsay statements as excited utterances, the error was harmless; the court did not err in excluding defendant's proffered evidence of third-party guilt; allowing testimony regarding certain out-of-court statements was harmless error here.
