While the judge's findings reflect the lack of progress that the father had made, and the lack of interest in the children that he had shown, as they relate to defendant-mother they are not supported by evidence which is clear and convincing, and the order terminating her parental rights is vacated; while one might criticize her for having a messy house and for one child's minor rash, the suggestion that the case was ever about more than that simply does not withstand scrutiny.
