Where plaintiff-buyer alleged negligent misrepresentation by defendant-insureds in their denial that there was an underground fuel tank when selling their house, there is coverage for negligent misrepresentations under their 1986 homeowner's policy, and the matter is remanded to determine if that policy is still in effect, and the insureds are due a defense, because of the insurer's failure to properly notify them of changes in the 1994 policy that excluded negligent misrepresentations.
