Where plaintiff had more than the 300 days of discovery permitted, merely joined various defendants rather than attempting to determine if she had viable claims against them, and never retained an expert to establish that the sprinkler system either had a defect or that the painted windows contributed to the build-up of vapors and caused the fire, the motion denying an extension of discovery and granting summary judgment to defendants is affirmed.
