A victim of domestic violence is entitled to attorney's fees as an element of compensatory damages so long as the fees were incurred as a direct result of the domestic violence, are reasonable, and are submitted to the court in an affidavit that complies with the rules of court � the considerations that apply to an award of counsel fees in matrimonial actions are inapplicable; plaintiff is entitled to the fees incurred in opposing defendant's motion to vacate the final restraining order entered herein
