In the absence of the adoption of a specific, shorter period of limitations expressly applicable to private actions arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the four-year "catchall" limitation period of 28 U.S.C.A. � 1658 applies to a private TCPA action in New Jersey courts; since this action was filed within four years of the claimed violation, the Law Division erred in dismissing it as untimely.
