While prosecutorial excesses occurred in the opening statement and prosecutorial misconduct occurred during the trial and in summation, the misconduct did not deprive defendant of a verdict that fairly reflected the evidence; there was no error in refusing to suppress defendant's confession obtained after he asked to speak with his parents and without additional Miranda warnings since the request was not an invocation of his right to remain silent; the aggravated manslaughter conviction is affirmed.
