In this discrimination claim, although the motion judge applied the standard of whether plaintiff's performance met the employer's legitimate or reasonable expectations rather than whether she was actually performing the job prior to the termination, as enunciated in Zive v. Stanley Roberts, Inc. , there is no basis on which to reach a different conclusion than the one reached by the motion judge, and summary judgment dismissing her discrimination complaint is affirmed.
