Verni v. Harry M. Stevens, Inc. et al

The trial judge erred in delaying his ruling on the agency status of one of the defendants that served beer to patrons at the stadium, and that delay allowed the admission of evidence of a "culture of intoxication" at the stadium, which is barred in a dram shop claim governed by the Beverage Server Act.
