Having met the public policy exception to the FCMJRA, plaintiffs are entitled to pursue their claims that the settlement agreements were coerced and to proceed with discovery on this issue, as well as their substantive CEPA claims, and if the agreements are set aside, they may pursue their substantive CEPA claims.
